CFA Yokosuka Fleet & Family Support Center, also known as the FFSC, falls under the installation’s Fleet and Family Readiness. Fleet and Family Readiness includes CFAY MWR, CFAY CYP, and CFAY Navy Housing.
The FFSC’s mission is to enhance operational readiness. They strengthen resiliency and quality-of-life in the Forward Deployed Naval Forces by providing customer-focused, consistent, and efficient programs and services.
FFSC offers a wide range of programs and services. Their programs help Sailors and their families with the challenges of a military lifestyle. Some of these programs include Ombudsman, Relocation Assistance, Area Orientation Brief / Intercultural Relations, and Family Employment Readiness, among many others. They offer dozens of classes including Japanese language and financial trainings. FFSC also helps community members find the correct answers to uniquely Japan-related questions.
